Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be deducted from the final balance. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

RESCHEDULING
Bookings may be rescheduled once with more than 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Further rescheduling may require a new deposit.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur the full agreed shoot fee.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
For weather-dependent shoots, rescheduling due to unsuitable conditions will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Any non-refundable production costs already incurred remain payable by the client.

PRODUCTION COSTS
Any pre-approved external or production costs incurred in connection with the booking remain payable by the client, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

SHOOT TIMES & CLIENT DELAYS
The agreed shoot duration begins at the scheduled start time. Delays caused by the client, talent, location, styling, hair and makeup, or other third parties may reduce available shooting time or result in additional overtime charges.

ADDITIONAL WORK & OVERTIME
Any work outside the agreed scope or shoot duration will be charged separately at the applicable rate.

POST-PRODUCTION & RETOUCHING
The agreed fee includes only the post-production and retouching outlined in the quote. Additional retouching, revisions, file preparation, resizing, cropping or other post-production requests may incur additional fees.

RAW & UNEDITED FILES
RAW, unedited and working files are not included in the final delivery unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Where RAW or working files are requested, additional fees and licensing terms may apply.

SELECTIONS & TURNAROUND
Turnaround times commence once all required client selections, feedback and materials have been received. Delays in receiving selections or feedback may affect the agreed delivery date.

FILE STORAGE
Final files are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up all delivered files.

COPYRIGHT
The photographer retains copyright and ownership of all content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LICENSING & USAGE
Usage is limited to that outlined in the agreed quote. Any additional usage, including extended duration, additional territories, platforms, print, OOH, POS, third-party or other commercial use, must be agreed upon and quoted separately.

PORTFOLIO & SELF-PROMOTION
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer reserves the right to display commissioned work for portfolio, website, social media, awards, editorial and other self-promotional purposes following the client's public release of the content.

AI USAGE
Content may not be used for AI training, machine learning, generative AI, or the creation of synthetic or AI-generated content without prior written permission.

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are due within 15 days, or prior to delivery of final files, whichever occurs first. Final high-resolution files may be withheld until all outstanding invoices relating to the booking have been paid in full. Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late payment fee of 5% per week of the outstanding balance.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Payment of the booking deposit and/or written confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
